Procedure
- Please read the conditions of participation and accept them
- Let us know what the coupon code should be. Write this in the field that follows your registration. Without this information we cannot activate you for the partner program. (Only lower case is possible)
- Register for the partner program
- After your activation you will receive access to the Affiliate Dashboard
- As soon as your friend/acquaintance enters the coupon code in the account and makes a checkout, you are assigned as an affiliate and have an overview in the dashboard.
- You will receive your affiliate commission one month after your referral has become a customer and your outstanding commission has reached €100.
- The assignment of referrals is valid for 30 days. If the referred customer does not convert during this period, our sales team can proactively contact them and the referral is no longer assigned to the partner.
Conditions of participation
30% lifetime commission on standard rates only
The affiliate program pays 30% revenue share on the Essential, Pro, Business and Premium rates. Individual Enterprise tariffs are remunerated separately via a separate commission agreement.
No fake testimonials
Distributingand creating fake testimonials is strictly prohibited.
Spamban!
Spamis prohibited on all platforms. Listing (under false names) on e.g. coupon sites, deal sites or similar will be considered spam and will lead to exclusion from the affiliate program
Noself-purchases
Purchasingvia your own affiliate coupon is prohibited.
GoogleAdwords The use of google adwords Search and/or Search & Display as well as the placement of brand advertising is absolutely prohibited. Any violation will result in immediate exclusion.
BrandBidding The placement of SEA ads or advertising with our brand names is also prohibited in other search engines (e.g. Bing) or advertisements.
NoFacebook Fanpages
Thecreation of Facebook Fanpages that can be associated in any way with "Memberspot" is prohibited.
Behonest
Nofalse statements or fabricated scarcity.
Ethical
Novisitors originating from porn, racist, human rights violating or file sharing sites.
Cashback
Nopassing on of commissions received to the customer when purchasing via your own link. We want the final price of our products to remain the same to ensure fair competition.
Forgotten coupon code The coupon code must be entered before the purchase. This is no longer possible afterwards.
If you violate these rules, you will be blocked from all our affiliate partnerships within a few hours.

Further conditions of participation
Freelance work: You confirm that you are working as an independent contractor. The services mentioned are provided in your own name and for your own account.
Termination: The partnership can be terminated by either party at any time without giving reasons. Commissions from already brokered and paid contracts will be paid out as described above.
The partner program applies to all standard tariffs of Memberspot. Individual and enterprise tariffs are excluded from the partner program.
All claims must be asserted in text form within two months of the due date, but at the latest within two weeks of termination/termination of the contract. If the other party rejects the claim or does not make a statement or does not make a clear statement within one month of the assertion of the claim, the claim shall lapse if it is not asserted in court within one month of the rejection or the expiry of the deadline. The preclusion periods do not apply in the case of liability due to intent.

How are conversions tracked?
With a referral link or voucher codes. If you use the referral link, the conversion will be credited to you. However, your referral will not automatically receive the 10% discount on the first 12 months. The coupon code must be used for this. You can see how your conversions are in your dashboard. You can also view and copy your referral link here.
You will receive a coupon code. If your referral enters it here before checking out, you will be credited with the affiliate commission. At checkout, they will see the discount they receive.
You will not be informed if a coupon code is deposited. When a payment is received, it will be displayed in your affiliate portal.
Only when a payment is received will it be displayed in your affiliate portal. Please be patient and only inform us when you are sure that a payment has been received. If the checkout has been carried out but the credit card has not been debited (e.g. if the card has not been activated for the 3D Secure procedure, which is mandatory for payments on the Internet)
The payout always takes place at the beginning of the month. You will receive information by e-mail. If no account or PayPal is registered, we cannot make a payout. You will then receive the payout in the next payment period as soon as the information has been submitted.
If a customer wishes to cancel through an affiliate partner within the first 30 days, we will grant this without any problems. For this reason, the payout is not paid out in the next month, but at the beginning of the month after next.
We pay out as soon as the outstanding commission has reached €100.
