As a Senior UI/UX Designer – Design System & Product UI Quality, you ensure that rapidly generated product UI looks and feels modern, consistent, and ready for release. Memberspot builds a lot of UI through developers and AI-assisted workflows; your role is not to create every screen from scratch. Instead, you act as a senior design system and product UI quality owner: you review implemented flows, identify visual and UX issues, improve the underlying design system, and translate learnings into clear components, tokens, patterns, and rules that developers and agents can reuse.

This role works closely with the current Senior UX Designer. The goal is not to replace that role, but to expand the team’s design system capabilities and establish a robust quality loop between the built product, Figma/design system, front-end implementation, and AI agent guidelines.

Your responsibilities

These tasks await you

  • Design System Development & Correction
    ‍Work
with the existing Senior UX Designer to maintainand improve the Memberspot design system. This includes components, tokens, layout patterns, states, documentation, and governance. The role also involves identifying instances where the design system itself is flawed, incomplete, outdated, or resulting in poor UI outcomes.
  • Built Product UI Review
    ‍Review
implemented features and prototypes after they have been built. Identify issues related to pixel accuracy, spacing, hierarchy, responsiveness, state, accessibility, and visual quality. Provide specific feedback to developers, frontend leads, and agents.
  • Design-to-Code & Agent Alignment
    ‍Translate
design system decisions into rules that frontend engineers and AI agents can reliably follow. Improve naming conventions, documentation, examples, and implementation guidance for Angular/Tailwind-based workflows.
  • Pattern Definition for Unclear Areas
    ‍Create
new design concepts only when a pattern, flow, or interaction is genuinely unclear. The default workflow is review-and-systemize, not traditional upfront screen production.
  • Workflow & Tooling Improvement
    ‍Explore
practical tools for faster reviews, visual regression, design tokens, Figma-to-code workflows, and AI-assisted design system maintenance.
