Product Marketing Manager (m/f/d)
Memberspot is the leading DACH platform for online courses, community, and AI—used by hundreds of coaches, creators, trainers, and agencies. Our product team is currently launching at a pace that simply wouldn’t have been possible two years ago without AI. All of this on a weekly rather than quarterly basis. The problem: features are built quickly, but they aren’t automatically understood. If you don’t explain them, they go to waste. That’s where you come in.
As a Product Marketing Manager, you’ll be part of our Marketing/Growth team—not directly within the Product team. You’ll work closely with our Product Lead, receive completed features, and develop the appropriate communication strategies for them.
You have a deep understanding of every feature, craft the messaging strategy, discuss it internally with the team, and distribute it across all channels: WhatsNew, release email, in-app announcement, social media post, and YouTube demo.
You’ll be in front of the camera yourself for product videos and will help build our YouTube channel into the go-to destination for feature education. No product stand-ups, no feature specs, no developer discussions about technical details—your focus is on communication.

These tasks await you
- Feature Launch Communication: You’ll be responsible for end-to-end communication for every release—positioning, messaging, changelog text, blog posts, release emails (HubSpot), in-app announcements, and social media posts. Includes a go-to-market calendar.
- Video Production: Feature Demos & Tutorials. You write your own scripts and handle the screen recordings and camera footage yourself. Then it’s off to the editor/cutter.
- Video Editor Briefings: Structured briefings for our external editor (editing instructions, thumbnail ideas, music style), review of the final videos.
- YouTube & Analytics: You manage your content calendar, analyze analytics data (retention, CTR, view duration), and adjust your strategy based on the data.
- Competitive Intelligence: Monthly competitor update (Circle, Skool, Kajabi, Coachy, Alfima, Learning Suite) and current feature comparison charts.
- ICP Messaging: Communication scripts for our ICPs, tailored to the appropriate tone and messaging.
- Sales Enablement: Feature sheets, one-pagers, comparison charts, use case stories for Growth/Sales, plus support with pitch materials.
How you can score points with us
- 2–4 years of product marketing experience in a SaaS environment
- You don’t just enjoy being in front of the camera—you’re good at it. Experience with LinkedIn content, creating your own videos, or working as a creator is a definite plus.
- Native-level proficiency in German. Business-level proficiency in English for research and international tools.
- You know why people buy, not just what they buy.
- Solid understanding of SaaS metrics (MRR, churn, activation, NPS) and how messaging impacts conversion.
- AI tools are tools for you, not a threat—you actively use Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity, agents, skills, and more.
- Experience with HubSpot, Notion, YouTube Studio, or similar tools.
- Experience in the EdTech or creator economy sectors is a plus—but not a requirement.
