Their business model saves resources by melting down secondary raw materials, such as metal, so that they can be reused. Hofmann Metall GmbH is currently growing rapidly and is acquiring further waste disposal companies.

Problem

The company's lack of digitalization slowed down the scaling of the business. This also included employee onboarding and employee training. By acquiring further companies, it must be ensured that new employees are well integrated into the company and that processes are standardized. This information should be conveyed digitally through videos.

Goal 

A primary goal was to accelerate the scaling of operations. To ensure this, processes should be explained so that all employees can guarantee consistent quality.
