Initially, both were very skeptical about switching course platforms, as all customer data and courses had to be transferred first. 

In addition, René had to find a solution to technical problems himself and contact support, which took an enormous amount of time.

As a result, the platform was immediately available to René and his customers. In the event of problems, support provides a solution promptly and René's employees can contact him independently, so he no longer has to deal with technical challenges. 

Thanks to integrations with other programs, René and Matthias save more than half the time. Costs are also reduced.

The intuitive and simple operation makes it easy to upload courses and the branding can also be individually adapted to the corporate identity, giving the interface a very high-quality and professional appearance. 

The customer experience and feedback has improved even further, as customers quickly find their way around the e-learning platform and use the app much more frequently.
