At the same time, the platform opens up new possibilities for individual AI setups with your own models.

AI agents are becoming true specialists

An AI agent is—as the name suggests—a specialized AI instance with a clearly defined mission.

Typical examples are:

• an agent for a specific course
• an agent for a specific consulting case
• an agent for a specific coaching scenario
• an agent with a clear task, such as a sparring partner, exam coach, or methodology guide

The more focused this mission is, the better the agent performs.

Admins can therefore create multiple agents, each with:

• own mission
• individual prompt
• targeted knowledge sources
• Public or secret sharing

The real strength comes from the combination of specialist knowledge + clear function + targeted release.

New sources of knowledge for AI agents

AI agents can now access multiple knowledge sources simultaneously. This makes them significantly more powerful.

System knowledge (new)

System knowledge is the core knowledge of an agent.
This information is provided directly with every request —without searching.

This is perfect for information that should always apply, for example:

• Prices
• contact information
• processes
• Cancellation policy
• support processes

This means that the agent always has this knowledge in context.

Limit: 10,000 characters

Courses as a source of knowledge (new)

Agents can now search for specific courses.

In doing so, they draw on:

• lessons
• transcripts
• Summaries

and answer questions directly from your content.

Example:

A member asks:
"How do I set up a lookalike audience?"

The agent can find the appropriate lesson from your Facebook Ads course and respond based on that—automatically and around the clock.

More context about pages

The character limit for pages has been increased:

100,000 characters instead of 50,000

This allows significantly more extensive content to be stored as context for AI agents—such as documentation, guides, or collections of methods.

Faster AI Assistant & AI Pilot

The technical basis of AI has also been completely modernized.

The AI Assistant (for members) and AI Pilot (for admins) now run on a new framework and more modern AI models.

This brings three major improvements:

1. Streamlined AI framework

The previous framework has been replaced by the Vercel AI SDK.

This significantly reduces the number of technical steps involved—and ensures faster responses.

2. New AI models

Memberspot now uses the latest Google Gemini models:

• Gemini 2.5 Flash Lite for fast tasks
• Gemini 3 Flash for more complex answers

These models are both faster and smarter than the previous generation.

3. More direct processing pipeline

Processing a request is now much easier:

1. Classify question
2. Search knowledge base
3. Generate response

Fewer processing steps mean less waiting time and smoother streaming of responses.

Use your own AI models with API keys

Admins can now store their own API keys for external AI providers.

This allows additional models to be unlocked in AI Studio.

The API keys are stored in encrypted form and are never visible in plain text.

New thinking mode for complex questions

Thinking mode can now be activated on compatible models.

The model analyzes a question step by step before responding.

This leads to:

• better answers to complex problems
• deeper understanding of context

The trade-off: The response takes a little longer.

Admins can activate the mode when creating or editing an agent.

More transparency in AI monitoring

In addition, the monitoring system was modernized in the background.

Memberspot now uses Langfuse instead of LangSmith to better analyze AI performance.

This does not directly affect users, but it enables the development team to identify and resolve issues more quickly.
