Senior UI/UX Designer (m/f/d)
As Senior UI/UX Designer - Design System & Product UI Quality, you make sure that rapidly generated product UI looks and feels modern, consistent and product-ready. Memberspot builds a lot of UI through developers and AI-assisted workflows; your role is not to create every screen up front. Instead, you act as a senior design-system and product UI quality owner: you review implemented flows, identify visual and UX issues, improve the underlying design system, and translate learnings into clear components, tokens, patterns and rules that developers and agents can reuse.
This role works closely with the existing Senior UX Designer. The goal is not to replace that role, but to increase the team's design-system capacity and create a strong quality loop between built product, Figma/design system, frontend implementation and AI-agent guidelines.

Diese Aufgaben erwarten dich
- Design System Development & Correction
Maintain and improve the Memberspot design system together with the existing Senior UX Designer. This includes components, tokens, layout patterns, states, documentation and governance. The role also identifies when the design system itself is wrong, incomplete, outdated or causing weak UI outcomes.
- Built Product UI Review
Review implemented features and prototypes after they are built. Identify pixel, spacing, hierarchy, responsiveness, state, accessibility and visual-quality issues. Provide concrete corrections to developers, frontend leads and agents.
- Design-to-Code & Agent Alignment
Translate design-system decisions into rules that frontend engineers and AI agents can follow reliably. Improve naming, documentation, examples and implementation guidance for Angular/Tailwind-based workflows.
- Pattern Definition for Unclear Areas
Create new design concepts only when a pattern, flow or interaction is genuinely unclear. The default workflow is review-and-systemize, not classic upfront screen production.
- Workflow & Tooling Improvement
Explore practical tooling for faster reviews, visual regression, design tokens, Figma-to-code workflows and AI-assisted design-system maintenance.
