Recording videos directly into Memberspot has been life-changing for me, as it saves me a huge amount of time.
Viet is Managing Director and founder of the agency Social Natives, which he founded together with Norbert Nagy in 2017. They currently have 45 employees spread across 3 locations in Germany. They are known from magazines such as Stern, Handelsblatt and FOCUS Online. With their 360 degree recruiting method, they support over 300 medium-sized companies in their recruitment process. They create video content for their clients, place it on social media and run ads. Since then, they have generated over 1200 applications, of which 300 employees have been hired.

Using the Kajabi platform was demotivating for Viet, as the handling was not user-friendly. He did not enjoy uploading content. As a result, his customers made little use of the platform and the desired results were not achieved. There were also difficulties with support and data security.
Increasing the motivation of the training participants and enjoying the production of content were important points. Customers should also no longer have to struggle with the technology. A user-friendly interface was needed and switching to another platform should cause as little effort as possible.
Viet was relieved of this work by the Memberspot relocation service. All videos, descriptions, texts, thumbnails and file attachments were easily transferred. His members were also migrated via a CSV file.
The attractive user interface and short loading times increased Viet's and his employees' motivation to work with the platform. As he can record videos directly in the tool, he saves an enormous amount of time, as they are uploaded directly without any detours. His members are also always automatically informed about new content. Viet can send emails directly from Memberspot that take customers straight to the training.
