Communication Design Student (m/f/d)
You're studying communication design and you know the drill: a three-month internship, ten mood boards, and not a single campaign goes live. At Memberspot, it's the exact opposite.
We are the leading platform in the DACH region for online courses, community, and AI. As a working student in communication design, you will primarily design performance creatives for our Meta ad tests, as well as create YouTube thumbnails and landing page graphics.

These tasks await you
- Static Ad Creatives
- YouTube Thumbnails: Feature Videos, Tutorials, Edutainment
- Campaign and landing page graphics: hero images, feature illustrations, event graphics for webinars, and lead magnet covers.
- Email Design (HubSpot): Email headers, feature announcements, newsletter graphics.
- AI-powered design
- Hypothesis validation with our Creative/Paid Team
How you can score points with us
- A student enrolled in a degree program in Communication Design, Graphic Design, Media Design, or Visual Communication—with at least 12 months remaining in their studies.
- Strong Figma skills (required). Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus; basic knowledge of After Effects is a nice-to-have.
- You've already had hands-on experience with at least one AI tool (Midjourney, Firefly, Runway)—and you're curious to learn more.
- You're into SaaS and performance marketing. You want to understand why a creative performs well—not just how good it looks.
- Drive and initiative: You try things out before asking. You welcome feedback.
- Proficiency in German (native speaker or very good).
- Bonus: Initial experience with social ads, static design, or motion design.
- You have a portfolio—it doesn't have to be Behance-perfect, but we want to see how you think.
