Your responsibilities

These tasks await you

  • Transforming partner organizations: Building a scalable partner sales machine instead of traditional 1:1 sales
  • Responsible for revenue funnel: Ownership of the partner and strategic revenue funnel, including processes, playbooks, and standards
  • Leading strategic partner deals: discovery , negotiation, deal design, and closing of high-impact partners
  • Develop anchor partners: Build and scale partners with high rollout and multiplication potential
  • Designing an outbound strategy: ICP definition , targeting, messaging, sequences, and continuous learning loops
  • Evaluate partner potential: Prioritization based on economic leverage, audience quality, and scalability
  • Forecasting & pipeline management: Ensuring clear stage discipline, deal economics, and next-step quality
  • Leading and coaching teams: Technical and disciplinary leadership, performance management, and continuouscoaching
  • Stakeholder coordination: Close collaboration with Growth, Marketing, Product, and CX for rollouts and handovers
Your profile

How you can score points with us

  • B2B sales and partnership experience: 6+ years of experience in the SaaS or scale-up environment with proven closing successes
  • Leadership: Several years of leadership experience in building and coaching high-performing sales or partnership teams
  • Outbound excellence: Deep experience in ICP definition, targeting, multi-channel outreach, and follow-up discipline
  • Deal expertise: Confident in complex negotiations, individual terms, and high-ACV partner deals
  • Partner models: Experience with revenue sharing, affiliate programs, bundles, co-marketing, or solution partner approaches
  • Numbers & structure: Strong in pipeline management, forecasting, deal economics, and CRM discipline (e.g., HubSpot)
  • Coach mindset: You set clear standards, give direct feedback, and build a performance culture.
  • Stakeholder communication: Confident interaction with growth, marketing, product, andCX
  • Language skills: Very good written and spoken German and English
