These tasks await you
- End-to-end recruiting: Responsibility for the entire hiring process, from briefing to contract signing
- Hiring manager collaboration: Close coordination with managers to define requirements and priorities
- Social media recruiting: Approaching candidates , particularly via Instagram and other relevant networks.
- Creative campaigns: Development and implementation of modern recruiting campaigns for tech and business roles
- Role Descriptions: Creation and continuous optimization of clear, target group-oriented job profiles
- Employer branding: maintaining and developing our external image as an employer
- Data & KPIs: Analysis of recruiting metrics to manage and optimize the hiring funnel
- Pre- & Onboarding: Ensuring a positive candidate experience and support during theonboarding process
- Process optimization: Collaboration on the digitization and automation of our recruiting processes
How you can score points with us
- Recruiting experience: Ideally in the tech, SaaS, or scale-up environment, with a proven track record of successfully filling demanding roles.
- Sourcing expertise: Experience with active sourcing, social media recruiting, and campaign approaches
- Relationship building: You build authentic relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
- Confidence: Confidence in dealing with uncertainty, change, and unclear requirements
- Hands-on approach: Structured, independent way of working with a clear focus on implementation
- Digital affinity: Interest in tools, automation, and scalable processes
- Understanding numbers: Confident use of KPIs, funnel logic, and data-drivendecisions
- Language skills: Very good written and spoken German and English skills are essential.
