Growth Marketing Manager (m/f/d)
This role is intentionally designed to be organic. No paid advertising. No SEO-first approach. Your focus is on partnerships, webinars, and communities. You build relationships that drive reach. And yes: high-quality backlinks come naturally as a result—but not because you’re doing SEO outreach, but because they’re a natural byproduct of genuine partnerships, guest posts, and webinars.
As a Growth Marketing Manager – Community & Partnerships, you’ll be responsible for managing 1–2 webinars per month from start to finish, strategic co-marketing partnerships in the DACH creator and coaching market, our community presence in 5–10 relevant groups, a systematic guest post pipeline, and lead magnet development. You’ll host webinars where our PMM presents. You’ll be active in communities where our ICPs actually are—as a helpful voice, not a spam machine. You clearly distinguish yourself from the Partner Manager on the Growth Team: they handle revenue partnerships (resellers, affiliates), while you manage marketing collaborations. Remote from the DACH region, permanent position, in a team with short decision-making paths and a content library you can build directly upon.

These tasks await you
- End-to-end webinars: topic selection, co-host recruitment, landing page (Webflow), promotion via email/social media/community, follow-up sequences in HubSpot.
- Co-Marketing & Partnerships: Strategic marketing collaborations in the DACH creator, coaching, and EdTech markets (co-webinars, newsletter cross-promotions, bundle promotions).
- Guest Posts & Digital PR: A pipeline of guest posts on relevant DACH blogs, industry awards, speaking opportunities, selection of engaging podcast guests, and backlinks as a natural outcome.
- Community engagement: e.g., organizing your own community events (e.g., Monthly Creator Roundtable).
- Lead Magnets: Designing templates, checklists, mini-courses, and toolkits. In collaboration with MarketingOps.
- Newsletter & Nurturing: Grow the email list and further develop HubSpot flows in collaboration with the Marketing Lead.
- Landing Page Optimization: CRO Briefs and A/B Test Hypotheses for the External Webflow Team.
- Tandem: Always in coordination with our partner management.
- Reporting Loop: Backlink tracking, webinar conversions, lead magnet performance – in collaboration with Maruf (Analytics).
