Experienced Data Scientist (m/f/d)
Join us as an experienced Data Scientist (f/m/d) for BI & Data Analytics on a part-time basis (20 hours) and build the data foundation that enables intelligent decisions at Memberspot — from product insights to marketing performance.

These tasks await you
- Data warehouse development & modeling: Expand and maintain our data infrastructure in BigQuery and dbt—with a focus on scalability, structure, and clear documentation.
- Dashboarding & Reporting: Design and automate LookerStudio dashboards that translate complex data sets into clear, actionable insights.
- Data integration & automation: Implement and optimize data pipelines and cloud functions (GCP) to ensure smooth data flows between systems.
- Analytics & Strategy: Support marketing and product teams with meaningful analysis models and help define strategically relevant KPIs.
- Performance & Optimization: Continuously improve query performance, data quality, and the efficiency of our entire data ecosystem.
- Collaboration & Stakeholder Alignment: Work closely with product, marketing, and growth managers to understand data needs and deliver impactful insights.
- Data Culture & Enablement: Promote a data-driven approach across the entire company and empower teams to confidently find, understand, and use data.
How you can score points with us
- Data expertise: 3–5+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or business intelligence—ideally in the SaaS or tech environment.
- Tool expertise: Practical experience with BigQuery, dbt, and LookerStudio—including scalable data models, pipelines, and automated dashboards.
- Technical background: Excellent SQL skills and practical knowledge of Python and Google Cloud Functions for data processing.
- Analytical mindset: Ability to structure complex data problems, develop scalable models, and deliver insights that influence business decisions.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working closely with stakeholders to translate business questions into data solutions.
- SaaS & Growth Analytics: Experience in marketing and product analytics—linking metrics to growth and engagement.
- Bonus: Knowledge of CRM integrations (e.g., HubSpot) or experience in building data pipelines for marketing automation.
