These tasks await you
- Customer support: You respond to customer inquiries professionally in chat and help to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction: You are responsible for regularly following up on open cases and ensuring that our solutions meet customer expectations.
- Documentation and processes: You document internal support processes, create and update help articles and support documentation. You also develop and optimize macros and templates to make customer service more efficient.
- Cross-team collaboration: You coordinate with other departments such as engineering or product management to resolve complex inquiries and pass on customer feedback.
- Process optimization: You contribute ideas to improve our support processes and increase team efficiency.
How you can score points with us
- Customer focus: You have a keen sense of our customers' needs and work in a solution-oriented manner.
- Strong communication skills: You communicate confidently and friendly in German—both in writing and verbally. English and any other foreign languages are an advantage.
- Technical affinity: You have experience working with helpdesk tools or similar software such as Intercom, Jira, Stripe, or Postmark, and of course Memberspot, and you are willing to learn new systems.
- Organizational skills: You maintain an overview even when multiple requests need to be processed simultaneously, and you prioritize your tasks effectively and efficiently.
- Team spirit: You enjoy working in a dynamic, collaborative environment and actively contribute your ideas.
