In Paid Media 2026, targeting is no longer the only deciding factor. Platforms are taking on more and more responsibilities on their own—but what remains scalable are creatives that deliver results. That’s exactly where you come in.

At Memberspot—the leading DACH platform for online courses, community, and AI—you’ll manage the entire creative pipeline for Meta Ads and YouTube Ads. 

Creatives need focus, structure, and someone to take ownership. You’ll develop new concepts, build a pool of UGC creators in the DACH region, establish a testing framework, and ensure that creative fatigue never becomes the reason for rising CPAs at our company. 

Full ownership, minimal approval loops. 

Designing statics is a bonus.

Your responsibilities

These tasks await you

  • Creative Strategy Meta Ads: New Creative Concepts (Static, Video, UGC, Founder). 
  • YouTube Ads Structure: Skippable, Bumper, Shorts. Scripts (including testimonials, founder-style, explainer), editor briefings, funnels: View → Landing Page → Trial.
  • UGC Creator Pool: Recruit, onboard, brief, and review 10–20 creators in the DACH region. Quality control and budget management (creator rates + editor costs).
  • Creative Research & Hook Mining: Meta Ads Library, TikTok Creative Center, YouTube Ads, and trend scouting.
  • Performance Analysis: You know the drill. Apply what you’ve learned to the next creative campaign.
  • Cross-functional teamwork.
Your profile

How you can score points with us

  • 3–5 years of experience as a Creative Strategist, Creative Producer, or Performance Creative Lead—ideally in B2B SaaS or D2C with a focus on paid media.
  • Track record in numbers: Your creative assets have driven 6- to 7-figure ad spend. You can demonstrate exactly what worked—and why.
  • Meta Ads Library, TikTok Creative Center, and ideally Foreplay or similar tools make up your toolkit.
  • Creative people are risk-takers. You think in terms of data and gut instinct—not one or the other.
  • 0-Day Creativity: You're brave enough to try new things before anyone else does.
  • AI Workflow: Name a tool. The main thing is that you actively test new possibilities.
  • Bonus: You can design statics yourself in Figma or edit them in CapCut. Not required.
