ZP Europe 2024 in Cologne was a complete success, and Memberspot was right in the middle of the action with a new, large stand! 😉
From September 12 to 14, the Cologne Trade Fair was once again transformed into a meeting place for HR experts, innovators and companies who wanted to discover the latest trends and technologies in HR development and learning & development. We at Memberspot were proud to be there again as an exhibitor and to make our contribution to the positive development of the world of work. 🙌🏽
Our team was particularly motivated this year: Not only did we advise interested parties and customers at our stand, but we also showed exciting live demonstrations of our e-learning platform directly on our Imacs. Visitors were able to experience our personalized learning paths and interactive course content up close and learn about the many benefits of Memberspot.
Our new goodies were particularly well received. From basketball hoops and anti-stress balls to practical travel accessories - we had something for everyone! 🎁
Another highlight was the presentation by our founder Anton Kroisant at the Learning & Development Stage. Under the title "Success strategies for effective onboarding", Anton shared his best tips and insights on how companies can optimally integrate new employees and retain them in the long term. The talk was well attended and many people made sure to get our HR Report.

Of course, there was no shortage of fun at the trade fair! Our team made the exhibition halls unsafe and experienced many funny moments during a scavenger hunt, funny photo actions and an intense match of Guitar Hero. You can soon see all this and much more in our aftermovie on YouTube - including some funny outtakes that we also captured on camera. 🤩
Our tours of the exhibition halls gave us the opportunity to discover other exhibitors and their innovative solutions. It was impressive to see how many exciting approaches there are in the field of HR, training and employee engagement. 💪🏽
We also attended some exciting presentations and made some interesting contacts. 🤝🏽
We are already looking forward to ZP Europe 2025! We'll be back next year - and with a stand twice as big. You can look forward to even more exciting content, cool new goodies and a few surprises. 🎉
