We published a new version on Wednesday, 13.05.2021.
All changes in brief:
Although many people back up their important videos twice, there was still a desire to be able to download videos as an admin. We have now implemented this and every newly uploaded video can also be downloaded again. The download is Full HD, in 1080p with compressed file size.
If you have individual videos that you would like to download, simply contact us via the live chat and we will help you, even if the download button is not displayed for older videos.
(1) You can now integrate your social icons in the footer. We have the following icons to choose from:
Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Spotify, YouTube.
You can find the option under "Your area", at the top right under Settings for advanced users in the "Links" tab.
(2) Some customers have requested an affiliate badge with which they can draw the attention of their course participants to the use of Memberspot. You can now activate this badge under Settings / General and enter your referral link. This link can then be used to determine a conversion via a cookie.
In German, this means that if you recommend us, we want you to share in our success.
You can find the referral link in the dashboard for the partner program. It is important that the ending /?fpr=xxxxxxx is selected and not the promo code. Marked in green below.
Simply move the mouse pointer over the file icons. The files can then be easily sorted in order using drag-and-drop.
The Start course button can now be customized as desired. This option can be found in the advanced settings of the "Your area" menu.
HTML content can now also be displayed in the boxes in the member area.
Many people who have switched from another course platform wanted to set up a redirect. This makes sense if you use your own domain and the members area is on the same subdomain as before.
With these redirects, the links will continue to work as before, which should reduce your support effort.
The logic of delayed emails has been improved. Now emails that are scheduled to be sent are discarded if the member's access is revoked before the end of the course.
