You can now upload Zoom recordings directly to the course, add PDF files as lessons, share community posts anywhere, get inspired by new dashboard templates for employee and customer portals, and more. We've also expanded the Hubspot integration. 🎉

Version 7.3 - Hubspot, Zoom, PDF lessons, and more.

We will take a closer look at the new field in the Hubspot integration of the type Multiple Checkboxes and the option to upload and publish Zoom recordings directly to your course or chapter in a moment. First, we would like to briefly mention that it is now possible to link TikTok in the footer, allowing your members to connect with you on a wide variety of channels and consume your content. 🤓

We have made the loading speed of the member list for courses with many members approximately 500% faster. The CSV export function has also been expanded so that when an account is selected, the expiration date and the Active field are also included with the file. ⏩

In addition, new dashboard templates are available for customer and employee portals, and posts in the community can now be shared either via the share button on smartphones and tablets or via the URL. 🖼️

Extension of the Hubspot integration

If you have already connected Hubspot to Memberspot, you can create a Hubspot automation (add contact or update property).

Previously, it was possible to create an automation that added every new member as a HubSpot contact.

In addition, the single-line text value can be updated . With this automation, which you can create with the Hubspot integration, you can add text to a contact. In the "Property" list, you can select what you want to customize.

A new feature is the ability to set a value in the Multiple Checkbox field. In Hubspot, a contact can be customized using predefined options. This field type opens a list of predefined answers. The field is then displayed in Hubspot like a tag.

You can fill in these fields using our automation feature. To do so, select multiple checkboxes in the Type field under Value type.

From the Property list, you can now select which property should be customized, and in the Option field, you can select which field should be checked.

Upload Zoom recording directly

You can now connect Memberspot with Zoom to automatically add Zoom recordings directly to Memberspot. 🙌🏽

Link Zoom to Memberspot and specify in which course and in which corresponding chapter a lesson with the Zoom content should be uploaded. Start your Zoom meeting, record it, and sit back.
You will receive a notification from Zoom as soon as the recording has been uploaded to the cloud, and shortly afterwards it will appear as a lesson in Memberspot. 🎥

Create PDF files as lessons

In version 7.3, we introduced PDF lessons. Many people requested this feature, and we have now implemented it.

✅ View PDF file in PDF viewer.

✅ View in full screen and scroll through.

✅ No file attachments that may be overlooked.

→ Nothing will get lost anymore!

It is now possible to add a PDF file as a lesson. The PDF file will be displayed in a PDF viewer within the lesson and can also be viewed in full screen mode and scrolled through using gestures. As in other lessons, you can add descriptions, tags, images, or attachments to the PDF.
